Lee Kramer

Hi, my name is Lee Kramer, and I am a life coach dedicated to guiding high school and college students on a transformative journey through life’s transitions to realize their potential, build resiliency, and uncover their passion and purpose. I have worked in higher education for over twenty years working with students to develop and achieve their academic, co-curricular, life and career goals. With a commitment to fostering growth, resilience, purpose and a growth mindset, I specialize in helping students overcome hurdles, discover their unique strengths, and find their authentic place and purpose. As a life coach, I am here to provide students with unwavering support, offering personalized strategies to navigate through these pivotal moments.

Through the coaching sessions, I will help students build the strength and mindset needed to tackle challenges, succeed and thrive. Building a trusting and supportive relationship is at the core of my coaching philosophy. I provide a safe space for students to express themselves openly, fostering an environment where their thoughts and aspirations are valued and respected. My aim is to empower students to embrace their potential and navigate the complexities of life with confidence. Together, I will help students chart a course towards a future filled with purpose, fulfillment, and success. I am excited to embark on this journey with you!

Lee received his B.A. from Emory University and his MBA from Drexel University. He has worked as a high school teacher and a student affairs administrator at Emory University, the University of Pennsylvania and most recently served as the Director of Student Life at the Wharton School.
